A PLAN AROUND YOU
Planning your direct courier
For a parcel, bulky item or business delivery, share the dimensions, weight and collection instructions. The team can then check vehicle suitability and the collection and delivery windows available for your route.
What we need for your direct courier quote
- Item dimensions, weight and packaging
- Collection and delivery contact details
- Your required collection and arrival windows
Preparing for direct courier
Need a same-day collection? Include the deadline in your request. Availability and timing must be confirmed before a delivery is booked; submitting a request does not reserve a vehicle.
Can I request a same-day delivery?
Yes. Select a preferred date and add your deadline to the notes. The team will check whether your route and collection window can be accommodated.
